The wait is long, but there's no getting around that. Everything went off as scheduled, but I would plan on the longer end of the estimates being accurate.
After months of checking emails, order statuses, and resisting the urge to email support, the day finally came and it arrived. Based on descriptions I expected packaging to be a little hasty or there to be residual grounds or other very, very minor issues that I can look past, but my unit was perfect. Trust me, when you turn it on you will know immediately upon hearing the motor start up that the wait was worth it.
